DIRECTIONS TO THE TIMBERS

350 Timber Road / Mt. Gretna, PA / 17064 (717) 964-3601

(55 MINUTES FROM THE KING OF PRUSSIA / VALLEY FORGE EXIT OF THE TURNPIKE)

1) Take Pennsylvania Turnpike West to the Lebanon/Lancaster Exit (mile marker 266)

2) Take a LEFT onto Route 72 and go to the second exit (Mt. Gretna). Do not get off at the first exit (Ephrata).

3) At the bottom of the ramp for the "Mt. Gretna" Exit take a LEFT onto Route 117. Go straight for approximately 1.5 miles.

4) At the Gretna Pizzeria, make a RIGHT and follow this road as it takes a left turn. Then stay on this road (Timber Road) for about 1 mile and it will take you right to the restaurant.

We will add your name to the reservations list and then you simply pay at the door.

RESERVATIONS POLICY

We use an honor system. We will honor all reservation requests by email or phone. However, if a party cancels at the last moment or does not show up for a show, we will no longer takes reservations from that person(s) without payment at the time of the reservation request.

SEATING

There are no bad seats in the ballroom of the Timbers. We are usually able to put parties at their own table. Seating up front is usually given to season ticket members and repeat customers. You will find your name card on the table that has been assigned to you. In addition, we have sound speakers in the back as well as the front so that volume is never an issue.
