Larry currently resides in Wayne, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia. He and his wife Kathy have four children and two beautiful granddaughters. Larry taught high school English and special education for 34 years. During that time, he wrote shows geared for high school and regional theater audiences which were performed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, and Minnesota. Larry is currently writing for both screen and stage. See "Current Writing Projects." He also serves on the Board of Directors of Act Two Playhouse, a professional theater in Ambler, Pennsylvania. He works as an assistant to Broadway producer, Bud Martin. He also writes theater reviews for Stage Door Magazine. Larry teaches a writing course one day a week in North Philadelphia as part of Project Home. Larry is also an accomplished singer, keyboard player, and composer. He has performed at such places as Bethlehem Musikfest, Newport (RI) Irish Festival, Ocean City Music Pier, Philadelphia Midwinter Scottish & Irish Festival, the Bellevue in Philadelphia, Showboat Casino in Atlantic City (NJ), Boardwalk Plaza in Rehoboth (DE), Busch's in Sea Isle (NJ), Golden Inn in Avalon (NJ), Avalon Yacht Club in Avalon (NJ), Henny's in Stone Harbor (NJ), Stone Harbor Yacht Club in Stone Harbor (NJ), Woody's in North Wildwood (NJ), Boathouse in Wildwood (NJ), Chalfont Hotel in Cape May (NJ), Marquis de Lafayette in Cape May (NJ), and countless resort hotels in the Poconos...such as the Shawnee Inn, Pocmont, Skytop Lodge, and Caesar's. To date he has recorded two solo CD's. Larry's new comedy entilted "THE NEXT REUNION" will be staged at the Society Hill Playhouse for a six-week run from May 13 to June 20.
